FAQ
How do I book a session?
You can book directly through my website or by emailing me. A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your date.
When will we get our photos?
Galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks. If you decide to purchase prints, delivery is based on the printing studio.
How far do you travel?
I serve GTA and nearby areas. Travel outside service area: $25+
How many pictures will we receive?
All sessions include a base number of fully edited digital images. You can also choose to purchase the full gallery.
What should we wear?
Once you book, you’ll receive a simple style guide with tips on colour palettes, coordinating outfits, and what photographs best. You can also send over your own ideas.
Can we reschedule if the weather is bad?
Yes! For outdoor sessions, I keep a backup date. We’ll touch base 24 hours before your session if the weather looks uncertain.
Do you offer discounts?
No—my pricing reflects my experience, time, and the professional quality of your final images.
Can we bring pets?
Absolutely! Pets are always welcome—they’re part of the family. I love capturing those special moments with your furry companions.
For the best experience, I recommend bringing a leash, treats, and a second handler if possible to help keep your pet comfortable and engaged during the session.
If your pet has any specific needs or behaviours I should be aware of, feel free to let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
Do you retouch the photos?
All delivered images are fully edited in my style. I do light retouching (skin, distracting elements). Extensive retouching can be added for an additional fee.
Do you have a studio?
No, I’m a natural-light, on-location photographer. Sessions are done either in your home or at outdoor locations I recommend, or location of your choice.
What time of day do sessions happen?
Outdoor sessions can take place between sunrise and sunset for best lighting. In-home sessions are scheduled mid-morning to early afternoon.
What happens if my kids aren’t in the mood?
It’s totally normal! I use a relaxed, play-based approach so kids warm up quickly. Sessions are natural, fun, and low-pressure.
